To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@promodevs.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include custom orders and perishable goods.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@promodevs.com.
